Clear instructions, came just in time for my cycle. I have terrible cramps (sometimes I vomit because they are so bad), and this tea softened the cramping. I mixed the tea with burdock root for flavor

Hey Luv, Yes, these products are amazing! I can breathe a lot better, and the mucus comes up from the mucus destroyer supplements. I used to have a hard time breathing and coughing a whole lot when I would sleep, now I ca sleep through the night and not wake up gasping for hair. I'd definitely buy more and recommend people to your shop.
